Protecting against defamation challenges is needed more often than some may realize for writing published on the web. Even innocent hyperlinking may result in a claim for defamation in some jurisdictions.
Reba uses her expertise to flag areas of concern for discussion, and if necessary, will suggest the author(s) obtain legal advice from an attorney in their jurisdiction.
